Registration

The registration is a two-step process, and both steps have to be completed for it to be effective:

(1) fill in the form concerning the scientific part of your registration

(2) book the hotel and pay the registration fee by faxing this form to the coordinating Agency (see details under Hotel Booking on the left frame).

The deadline for early registration is May 15, with a 200 Euro registration fee. A late registration will be possible until June 15 with the registration fee increased to 250 Euro. Cancellation policy: only early registration fees (those paid before May 1) will be refunded if cancellation should occur earlier than June 15.



The conference hall's facilities include:

• PC+Office2000+projector for PowerPoint presentations (your presentation must be on a 1.44 MB diskette or a CD-ROM. Switching between personal laptops it is not allowed by the fixed cabinet and wiring of the governing PC)
• standard overhead viewgraph projector
• slide projector
• movies on VHS cassettes or DVD supports are equally possible

Two net-connected PCs will be available for remote connections during off-conference hours.
