Kurucz's template spectra (in *.fits format) at 20,000 resolving power
are provided for main sequence stars (class V) of spectral types A9, F2, F5,
F7, G0, G2, G5, G8 and K0. The spectra extend from 3200 to 9500 Å, and
are presented already splitted in the 46 Asiago Echelle orders covering this
wavelength range (wavelength coverage for each order extended by 10% to
allow for small shift from run to run). The end-to-end wavelength ranges of
the spectra covering the 46 Echelle orders are listed in this table. The spectra are already continuum nomalized to
1.00, and thus ready for cross-correlation. Source Kurucz's spectra have
been computed in Asiago on the SYNTHE VMS workstation in collaboration with
T.Zwitter and F.Castelli as part of a much larger, complete grid extending
from 2550 to 10500 Å, and covering temperatures from 3550 to 17000 K,
all gravities, all metallicities, 14 different rotational velocities, that
should soon be submitted for publication in A&A
The spectra given here have been all calculated for log g = 4.5
(appropriate for F and G dwarfs). They map 8 different rotational velocities
(0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 75 and 100 km/s) and 3 metallicities ([Fe/H]= -1.0,
-0.5, 0.0).
In all there are 216 different combinations of T(eff), [Fe/H] and V(rot) to
cover F and G main sequence dwarfs, and a total of 9936 *.fits spectra to cover
the individual Echelle orders.
To access the *.fits Echelle order spectra of a given T(eff), [Fe/H], V(rot)
combination, click on the corresponding entry in the table below. Once in, you'll
be presented by the list of the 46 Echelle orders, with a obvious meaning naming,
for ex.
meaning order #36 (i.e. 6102-6345 Å) for a G8 V stars of 30 km/s rotational velocity and
metallicity [Fe/H]=-0.5. Click on the right button of the mouse to download.
